Ringing Noise

As we want the audience to feel uneasy and a bit uncomfortable we used a high pitched ringing sound in intervals. The sound can also represent an emptiness and this portrays how Lucy's character feels alone and isolated during the course of the opening sequence. This really helps to build tension and make the audience feel uncomfortable. There is also helps with the contrast between sound as we have quite upbeat party music in contrast to this ringing sound which shows the two sides of Lucy personality.
